So I recently picked up a copy of this book Skinny Bitch

 

I have to say that the chapter on slaughter houses turned me vegan - the images of disease, filth, and inhumane treatment of the animals was all the convincing I needed.

 

I then went to GoVeg.com and signed up for their started kit.

So I am on day 27 of Chalene's 30-day challenge and I must say I am addicted to her enthusiasm and feel kind of sad that it is over already.

 

So when I saw this new 7-day challenge on Facebook today I thought I must join right away.
