Weight Workout

I created this routine so I could work out at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University gym.

 

I strive for 3 sets of 10 reps of each exercise.

 

Warm up and stretch and cool down and stretch not included.

 

DAY 1 of 3 - Legs - Abs

DAY 2 of 3 - Back - Bis

DAY 3 of 3 - Chest - Shoulders - Tris

I created this routine so I could work out at home with just the use of 3 different sets of dumbells.

 

I strive for 15 reps of each exercise (except for squats and abs which is 30).

 

Warm up and stretch and cool down and stretch not included.
