PART 1 - General Definitions - “Note 1: An aircraft which is intended to be operated with no pilot on board shall be further classified as unmanned.
Note 2: Unmanned aircraft shall include unmanned free balloons and remotely piloted aircraft.”
Per Law-28 ENG 2012 (already have); “No unmanned aircraft is allowed to fly or to work in the territory of the State unless upon a permission of the Civil Aviation Authority. In all cases, using unmanned aircraft is prohibited as per Rules of the Air and Air Traffic set forth in this respect.”
