HB 1759 - Regulating the use of drones
On May 7, 2015, The Governor of New Hampshire signed Senate Bill (SB) 222 (download below) into law as Chapter 38, which became effective on January 1, 2016. This is an act relative to harassment of hunting, fishing, or trapping. This bill extends the prohibition on harassment of persons hunting, fishing, or trapping and adds the use of UAVs to the activities prohibited. This bill is a request of the fish and game department.
SB 222 prohibits the use of UAS for hunting, fishing, or trapping.
