The General Assembly passed House Bill (HB) 292 (download below) to enact section 122.98 of the Revised Code to create the Ohio Aerospace and Aviation Technology Committee. The law went into effect on September 17, 2014.
HB 292 created the aerospace and aviation technology committee. One of the committee’s duties is to research and develop aviation technology including unmanned aerial vehicles.
